It was last Friday that we took delivery of the Ford Focus which you had expertly procured on our behalf and we wish to thank you for making the whole process apparently so efficient and simple for us. This was after we had received such poor service from another Ford dealer in the area who has, even today, still not contacted us after our initial enquiry to them.
