Hello Jacob,

Thank you for your assistance in purchasing the Ford Fiesta. You made the process hassle free and I felt that, whilst you offered the extra options such as gap insurance, I did not feel under any obligation and you did not try the hard sell others try. I felt at ease during the process and believe that I ended up with a good price and a fair deal. You explained the car systems very well and took the time to help me pair my phone to the car.The car was ready at the agreed time and the handover of my part ex went smoothly.The additional work had been carried out and parts were installed as promised. I have already commented to others on the good customer experience I received.

It is decidedly possible that I will be back when I want to change vehicles.

I Drove Away A Happy Customer

In June 1998 on the recommendations of a friend, i purchased a fiesta Ghia from Buckingham Ford. Jeff Lawrence was the salesman and i still have my order form and invoice.

Polite, Knowledgeable and Accommodating

I recently purchased a new Ford Fiesta from Buckingham Ford and found the experience very satisfying. The staff were polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. When collecting the car all the instrumentation was explained clearly and although there were some aspects that needed further explanation, this was done quickly and fully.


What A Pleasant Experience

This is the first time I have bought a new car in a very long time, my father worked for Ford at Dagenham after the war for 33 years, so naturally, I drove Fords for many years including leasing them when I worked for Nat west.

I ended up in your showroom, what a pleasant experience it was from start to finish. Jacob welcomed me and advised me on the right car for me. At no time did i feel rushed. After i had placed my order, my friends said "that was quick!". I can confidently say everything was done at my pace and i did not feel pressurised. I love my Focus.

Thank you so much to Jacob and James for looking after me, i will soon be moving to Essex however i will be coming back for my servicing and to change the car at the end of my agreement.
