I would like to express my gratitude to your Service Manager, Chris. He spotted me replacing a front wheel on my car at the roadside last week outside my house. He came over and offered to send an apprentice with a jack to assist me, but I declined as I had nearly finished. On his way back past, he again stopped and offered to get the tyre repaired for me if feasible. Once I had changed the wheel, I could see that a stone had punctured the tyre in the centre of the tread, so I took the wheel to Buckingham Ford for a repair. This was done very quickly and efficiently. When I collected the wheel, I enquired what I owed, but was told that there was no charge as I was a neighbour! I would have been happy to pay for such excellent service, so I was bowled over by this gesture. Buckingham Ford are great neighbours in addition to being a great garage.

I've used you pretty much for the last 10 years barring a couple of occasions when I couldn't get to you (covid!) Anyway, I have great faith in the honesty and competence of the whole team at Buckingham Ford. Coupled with great customer service; you are the best. Well done👏

I recently experienced the heart of Buckingham Ford when my car needed desperate attention. In today's world one is always inclined to think there's nothing personal left anymore. However the team and Buckingham went way beyond the call for excellence.

My "new" (pre-owned) car developed a minor electrical fault within a few weeks of handover. It turned out to be the battery not retaining its charge. Such items are rarely covered by a used car warranty and, anticipating having to fork out on a new one, I simply asked them to replace it which they did. When I picked up the car, I was told that there was no charge. Now, I know I''m a "good customer"; this was my ninth car from them. But duff batteries are fair wear and tear on a five year old vehicle, so I expected to pay. But no - it was replaced without my having to pay a penny. How many car dealers would do that, particularly in these difficult times? Thank you Buckingham Ford for providing service that is second to none.

As usual, a great job done to keep my old car roadworthy, and at a very reasonable price. They even cleaned her for me!
