Now it “glows” – like a new car

Hi Kieran,

Many thanks for the excellent job on the repair to our Mondeo, we are very pleased with the work.

Thank you also for the superb cleaning job, it was quite clean when I handed it to you but it now it “glows” – like a new car. The aspect which stands out is the great job on the wheels, which as well as being completely clean right through to the inner rims they now have some shine again – wonderful. Are there any hints you are able to pass on to me to keep them that way? I have tried various proprietary alloy wheel cleaners but none get them anywhere near what they are like now.

Lexus GS300H

Took my car in today for work on numerous scratches that had been caused by using a narrow lane in Devon, and being forced to reverse to allow on-coming cars to pass me - with the result I placed the car in thick hedgerows. Thus the many scratches. My many thanks to Chris who dealt with my concerns and put my mind at rest,and the guys in the workshop who were able to complete the work in under 3 hours, and at much saving of money by not having to use any paint. In my view, Buckingham Ford Body Shop is the best in the business, and I congratulate the whole team for carrying out the work in a skillful and professional manner.

Its not just Fords

Our Audi A4 needed a re-spray and I just wanted to say how pleased we were with the service provided by Kieron Hatton and his team. The estimate was done on a description that I gave over the phone and he was spot on assessing what was required. The job is finished to a superb standard. We are really pleased. When there was a problem with the paint reacting to a previous repair necessitating extra work, the communication was efficient and the work was completed with no extra charge.
