Excellent consistent service
Ian and the team at Buckingham Ford always provide me with an excellent service. My car was collected, serviced and Mot done and follow up telephone call from the service department ran through everything with me. They even gave my car a wash and VaC. I love that having a Ford vehicle meant i got Ford Assist breakdown cover included for another year. Such excellent value. Thank you team and see you next year for my service and MOT

Just want to say thank you - Been going to Buckingham Ford since 2013 and I’m on my 5th car from them. Have always been extremely happy with everything - sales, servicing, communication etc - but this time was above and beyond. I have some mobility issues now, and a lovely guy (sorry didn’t catch his name) came up to the showroom and took my car round to servicing from there. Had a lovely chat with James while the car was being serviced and he checked on progress. Then one of the service guys brought the car back round the front for me. I really appreciate this going the extra, as struggle with steps now, and this really helped me. Thank you so much.

Service under difficult conditions
Took my car to Buckingham Ford (BF) for a service the day after the heavy rain had flooded their workshops. BF kept to their time schedule even with the difficulty with the weather conditions. Car ready as promised, and spotlessly clean outside and in. Great service (as usual!) and reliable provider.

Damaged Bumper
Have just taken my car in for an estimate for repair to damaged bumper. I have to say that it was probably the best level of service I have received in over 40 years of car ownership. The dent was pulled out and buffed to such an extent that a full repair may not even be required. The charge was minimal and the whole process so honest and frank. I had only called in to get an estimate but within an hour I had my car back with the dent pushed out and looking so much better. Excellent customer service and I'll be recommending this garage to anyone who might listen!

Excellent customer service. It was an expensive one but when you have a valeted car returned to you and also a courtesy car with enough petrol to get you to work and back it is a less bitter pill to swallow!
