I would just like to say it has been a great pleasure to purchase a new car from you.  It is worth the 200 mile round trip to deal with your company. 

James has looked after us again magnificently even bringing the car to us up in Sheffield. We know we have nothing to worry about and have great confidence in James (we have bought cars from James for the last 15 years) and his expertise. 

As for the car, both myself and Jo have said the new Kuga is a great a driving experience, one we haven’t had since probably the 3rd SMax we had. There is a massive difference from the last Kuga and our new PHEV. 

The PHEV is our first electric car (not full electric) and you would not know it was one as there seems very little difference with performance.  

The whole experience has just been fantastic and feel free to use all or part of this in anyway you like to promote your business.

My car was picked up from my home by a very courteous young man who observed the rules of social distancing and wore PPE. The car was serviced and an MOT carried out with no problems. The car was returned and the same rules observed. I would recommend this service by Ford to everyone.

Have never been tempted to leave.

I have purchased Ford from Buckingham Ford every two or three years since 2005. Each time the civility and customer service has been unrivalled. Poor service was the reason I left a Milton Keynes dealership and went to Buckingham Ford in the first place. I never been tempted to leave. I know the sales staff (James) knows what I require and makes the purchasing of each new vehicle seamless and painless. Why would I go elsewhere?

Why go anywhere else?

Why go any where else! It is far better to deal with a family run business, In a smaller dealership the staff are always far more friendly and helpful, I have been dealing with Buckingham Ford for 13 years for service and sales and see no reason to change, provided they treat customers in the way they do and look after my vehicle the way they do. Keep it up!

Couldn't be more pleased.

My car has just been returned after being in the bodyshop for 4 days. It had an argument with a much bigger car at an approach to a roundabout! Locals can guess which roundabout. Car looks like new and from the efficiency with the quote and Buckingham Ford dealing with the insurers (I refused the insurers bodyshop company as I want to use local businesses) I couldn't be more pleased. Well done all of you.
