I just wanted to write this to inform you of my recent experiance with the service department at Buckingham Ford.
As you are probably aware i now have a VW however your service department have still delivered their excellent levels of service to me. I have been in contact with David and the team on numerous occassions and each time they have managed to squeeze me in and see me and offer an array of produscts and services to help my situation. I know i can always pop down if i have a problem big or small.

VW have been extremely unhelpfull to them i am purely a number and a nuiance, where as i feel a valued customer at Buckingham Ford. Going forward, even if i don't buy another Ford, I will certainly bring my car to you, as i know i will get top quality service with a smile.
