We called into Buckingham Ford on our way back to Yorkshire just before lunchtime on New Year's Eve having had a red warning light appear in our Focus. Not only was there a welcoming "can do" attitude from the service reception staff but also a professional analysis of the problem by the diagnostic mechanic and referral to the service manager for his recommendations. The problem (new ignition coil and plugs)was fixed in next to no time and we were on our way. All this was accomplished before the scheduled 2 p.m. closing time for that day with the air of - "that's normal, we do it all the time". We believe they do!
