We were looking to buy a Ford Puma and came across our perfect car online. We decided to contact the Dealership directly, via email, as both of us were dreading the typical telephone conversation with the salesman, and arranged to view the vehicle the next day.

Well, we needn't had worried because Jacob, the Salesman at Buckingham Ford, was wonderful.  He was professional, informative and did not use any of the hard sale techniques we had previously endured at other dealerships. We were able to take the car for a test drive, whilst they valued our car.   When we returned we agreed a part exchange price for our vehicle and a price for the new car, quickly and  efficiently, none of the usually painful negotiations. We felt relaxed and unpressured. We then arranged to collect the car a couple of days later.

On collection day, our car was ready. Jacob was engaged in a call but his colleague looked after us and completed all the paperwork.  Then Jacob took us to our new car, showed us how to use all the new gadgets (he had already tuned in my favourite radio station as he'd noticed it when valuing my car) and linked my phone to the car.

This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had.  Ford Buckingham should be proud of themselves both Salesmen are a pleasure to do business with.  We will definitely be recommending Ford Buckingham to everyone and will return in future. Well worth the 70 mile round trip.
