How can you be sure your car is serviced properly?
At Buckingham Ford and Bicester Ford there’s no doubt: five times a year we are audited by no less than the RAC. Their Inspector, who has been trained using the Ford Quality Check Process, identifies and selects two customers’ vehicles that we have serviced, gets them up on the ramp, scrutinises the quality of our work and gives his findings in a written report. He even reviews our quality-check procedure and our written records.
With every car we service we therefore adhere strictly to Ford servicing guidelines; you can’t risk going anywhere that doesn’t.
