Top rate, service with a smile and always available to help. Competatively priced, Honesty and integrety in business terms is difficult to find in these days, Ian Redding and his team have it in buckets for all. Although we do not at present own Fords it makes not a jot of difference. Personal approach from the top, this must now be approaching 10 years we have been served by Buckingham and Bicester Ford. Nothing is too much trouble
Without exageration the service and attitude provided by Buckingham ford is probably unique in the day and age of 'don't care' and 'its too much trouble' attitudes which too often prevail.
No matter whether one is planning to buy and expensive new car or just seeking free and advice or service nothing is too much trouble for them.
This is so refreshing and it even restore ones faith in human nature and the existance of old fashioned service and attention. If only more businesses were like this!

I am very Impressed
I would like to take this opportunity to say how very pleased with the car i am, which is one of many Ford cars i have owned over the years.

As you are probably aware i now have a VW however your service department have still delivered their excellent levels of service to me. I have been in contact with David and the team on numerous occassions and each time they have managed to squeeze me in and see me and offer an array of produscts and services to help my situation. I know i can always pop down if i have a problem big or small.

Hello Ian,
I'd like to say that the overall service I have received from both Bicester and Buckingham Ford during the last few years has been exemplary.
I normally contact Bicester ford as its the closest to me, and I have to say that every time I have had to deal with the branch the same caring and considerate approach has always been displayed, whether working with Jeff Lawrence in changing cars, who is relentless in his perseverance in finding the right product, yet very patient when discussing the clients needs.
When working with Neal and Andrea, there is nothing that is too much trouble.
Just recently I have had to put some of our cars through the bodyshop at Buckingham, and again Russell and his team have done the company justice in the quality of their work and good service which surrounds it.
I visited the Buckingham branch this weekend to pick up my Son's Fiesta Black from the bodyshop after some minor repairs, but while at the branch promptly "dumped" some additional work onto your team at very short notice due to one or two worries I had about my Focus Estate prior to a very imminent family holiday journey to Cornwall.
Dave and his team were able to sort out the problems, very swiftly, including the sourcing of parts.
A special thanks to Scott who sorted out the bonnet release, a commitment taken on very late in the day, but still with the professionalism and enthusiasm which I have to say I have rarely experienced in other dealerships.
Working in the service industry myself I can appreciate the hard work that goes on behind the scenes by the whole team and very often this level of service is not recognised. Well done to all!

I would like to say thank you to James of New Car Sales for all his help in letting me test drive the New Focus Titanium by bring it to me at home after my Operation and then looking after me so well .
The New Focus Titanium is a pleasure to drive not only does it look superb , its line are sleek and classy , but it is a lot quieter than my previous Focus's and is a very smooth ride . I was looking at going to a different car manufacturer as I have had Focus's from you for the last 14 years (Focus Woman) but am so glad I did not . The Trip Computer tells you everything you need from tyre pressure to how many miles left in the petrol tank (which I need) to your average speed and also helps with fuel economy by assisting in gear changing so my fuel consumption has been less .

We put it through it's paces without sales pressure
My wife and I had a car each for years. Then we only needed one car between us. We tried a Ford Mondeo and thought it was what we wanted. We went to Buckingham Ford and they found a year old one that "fitted the bill" (age, model, mileage, even the colour)within couple of days.
We put it through it's paces without sales pressure. Ian was able to answer all our questions about specifications and performance and he knew his staff had made all the checks and adjustments ready for a sale. What about our old cars? he gave us a good deal, no fuss or bother. Then came the bit that can be so tedious, the paper work. James was brilliant, he made all the arrangements, tax, insurance and all that stuff, even the after sales service. We paid and drove it away. Easy!!

Go that extra mile to help out
Having bought a number of cars from Buckingham Ford, they will aways go that extra mile to help out.
They have recovered me from an accident and also when broken down. They have always tried to accomodate with the loan of a curtesy car and I have even had use of the Managing Directors own car when there was nothing else available.

The whole thing went smoothly
I was delighted with the service. James found me a good car through Ford Direct. Extras were offered but I was not pressured to take them .The whole thing went smoothly and on time.

Coffee is free
All the staff are friendly and well trained. They give good advice as well as very competitive prices. Dave and his "service" team will do their best to fit you in at a time of crisis.
Overall very good company to deal with and oh' the coffee is free!

I needed a new car quickly
I needed a new car quickly. They managed to get one on the road within 2 days with finace arranged as well. they even came to pick me up to take me to collect it as I was without a car at the time. friendly, and a good deal negotiated. Felt they cared about my custom.

I'd like to thank Dave Balcombe and Paul Mayhew for providing exceptional service.
My car failed a month outside of warranty. Paul and Dave took ownership of the problem, collected the car from MK, liaised with Ford Customer Services on my behalf, secured payment from Ford. As a result I will certainly be using Buckingham Ford for future motoring requirements, including the service of my wife’s Vauxhall.

First class customer care
First class customer care, and I wish every Ford Garage would take on board the fantastic customer care given to me as problems with my Ford Galaxy cropped up two days prior to going to Spain.
Not only did they offer to have a quick look at it they also managed to order in and fit the part that was needed though they were extremely busy they could see my desperation. It’s very easy to complain as I did to head office about Fords main servicing garage in Kingston, who cant even get a call back to me within 24hrs. Having spent 10 years in customer service Ford Buckingham get 10/10 from me. Many Thanks

I was used to being ignored or treated as a dreamer

I walked into Buckingham Ford as a single foreign looking woman, previously I have visited other car dealers and was used to being ignored or treated as a dreamer rather than a potential buyer.
But at Buckingham Ford I was treated in a professional and unbiased manner, everything was explained and explained again, they were happy to show me many examples, and after about two hours I had been turned into a Fiesta expert and had found my car.
This was my first experience of Buckingham Ford over two years ago, I have just had my car written off and had no hesitation I found myself walking back to Buckingham Ford as it felt like going back to my roots!
I was recognised straight away and no trouble was spared to answer my questions, regarding another Fiesta.
This time I decided to stop by the VW garage I pass on my way to work, just to feel I was making an informed decision before buying my second Fiesta, as the salesman walked towards me I was being judged, he decided I was a dreamer and not a buyer and gave me some brochures to take away.
Today needless to say I am driving a Fiesta.
Thanks to a great sales person James, and the homely friendly feeling of Buckingham Ford in General.
Thank you Ford for selling a great car from a great dealership.

No hesitation in recommending this team
My car recently required bodywork repairs. The work was undertaken by Russell and his team at Buckingham Ford. The car was collected and finally returned to me at Bicester Ford, thus saving me the journey to Buckingham and the paper work with the insurance company was dealt with by Russell. While the repairs were effected I had the unlimited use of a practically new Ford Fiesta. I cannot speak too highly of the helpful and efficient service given throughout and the standard of workmanship shown. I have no hesitation in recommending this team of repair craftsmen.

Credit to the Motortrade
I took my car into Buckingham Ford earlier in the year for a service and asked them to check out noisy brakes. I was most impressed when they reassured me all was fine as I had been expecting to buy new parts. Impressed with their honesty, my other half took his car in with a brake issue (not even a Ford car). Imagine our surprise when we went to collect the car and pay we were informed that the brakes had been found to be ok and there was no charge for the mechanics time.We will be going back for our servicing.A credit to the motor trade,excellent service. Good customer service

I needed to replace my wing mirror glass. I was worried I would need a whole unit replaced costing me a lot of time and money. The guys at Buckingham Ford identified the broken part, (just the mirror glass) ordered it for the next day and charged me a very reasonable fee. This was good customer service. When I went to pick it up they offered and indeed fitted the new part at no extra charge. This was great customer service. I will go back!
